Please note: Your abstract will be submitted for review and approval. Payment can be made up to 3 weeks after the acceptance of your abstract.
Instructions for communications
Oral presentations: Participants will have 12 minutes to present the most relevant aspects of their research, followed by 3 minutes for questions.
Flash communications: Participants will have 6 minutes to present the most relevant aspects of their research, followed by 2 minutes for questions.
Poster communications: Posters should follow the established A0 format (841 mm wide × 1189 mm high). Posters will be displayed during designated poster sessions. Please check the program for the specific dates and times.
Instructions for abstracts submission
Before submitting the abstract, registration of the first (or presenting) author is mandatory . Abstracts of authors who are not registered will NOT be accepted.
After registering, you will receive an email with a link to activate your account. Then you can login at Participant Area.
In the Participant's Area you will be able to submit (or edit) your abstracts until the submission deadline.
For each abstract submitted the authors and type of presentation must be indicated.
If you do not receive an email confirming the submission of the abstract or registration, please verify the spam box or contact the organization of the meeting.
Each participant can submit up to 1 abstracts.
The abstracts should be prepared in English, according to the template.
