Please note: Your abstract will be submitted for review and approval. Payment can be made up to 3 weeks after the acceptance of your abstract.

** You may choose to split your payment into two separate transactions to receive individual invoices. Please note that this requires completing two distinct checkout steps with different billing addresses:
Registration: Select your registration fee, enter the first billing address, and complete the payment.
Boat Tour: Book your boat tour, create a new billing address (setting it as default), and complete the second payment.
Alternatively, you can pay the total amount in a single transaction. In this case, the full sum will appear on your credit card statement, and a single invoice will be issued. Proforma
A pro forma document can be download at your personal area but first some details must be filled in.
Choose a Fee and Save.
Add a billing address (Billing and Payment icon/menu).
After filling in and confirming the billing address, an orange button (Proforma) will appear where you can download the document.
Cancellation and Refund
For any cancellation received until 15th September, 2026, 90% of the registration fee will be refunded (an administrative fee of 10% will be applied.
For any cancellation received after 15th September, 2026, no refund will be made.
All bank charges involved in the transactions should be paid by the participant.
Any request for refund must be addressed to secretariado@spq.pt.
Refunds will be handled after the Conference.
It's possible to cancel your registration conveniently in your personal area, if you have not submitted any abstract or made any fee payments.
